Luke Rodies, composer, is a graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music, where he received his degree in Double-Bass Performance. He has recently turned his attention to composition, and in December of 2011, received a Certificate in Orchestration for Film and TV from the Berklee College of Music. Luke comments: “I love to compose for dramatic contexts. The relationship and play between the action and the music is fascinating and is a joy to create. It has been a privilege and inspiration to work with the talented artists of the talkingshakespeare ensemble.” Luke has created the scores for all of our recordings, including Macbeth, The Merchant of Venice, and most recently, Hamlet.
